How do I view my personal contact and reimbursement account information on the ProBenefits web portal?

After logging in to your ProBenefits account, you can view your contact and reimbursement information by going to the Personal Info dropdown menu and choosing View.

If you would like to add or change information, from the Employee Details page you can choose Request a Change under Options, or you can choose Change under the Personal Info dropdown menu.

Please note that these changes are not automatic - please allow 1-2 business days for your new information to be reflected on our website.
