If my provider charges a fee when I use my Flex Card to pay for an expense, is that fee reimbursable under the Health FSA?

We will reimburse the expense, but in most cases charging you a fee for paying with your card is not permitted by the MasterCard merchant agreement.  In the interest of conserving your FSA funds, you may want to check with your provider if they attempt to charge this fee.
