I used my Flex Card; where is my reimbursement?

When you use your Flex Card, funds are withdrawn from your account and paid directly to the provider, allowing for "cashless" transaction. Reimbursement is only paid directly to you when you have paid for an expense out-of-pocket using a form of payment other than the Flex Card, and submitted documentation with a Reimbursement Claim Form.
