Welcome to the newly-renovated ProBenefits.com! We hope you can find the information you need quickly and easily by using the drop-down menus along the top of the page, and the quick File a Claim and Download a Form links in the upper right corner of the page.

To See Your Account Information Online

Please log in to our secure Benefits Portal. You may enter your login information on the box on the right of this page; or in a similar login box by clicking Log In in the upper right corner of the page, or by clicking the Benefits Portal tab in the upper left of the page.

If you are a participant and have never logged in before:

• Your Account Login will be your Social Security number with no dashes (for example, 123456789, not 123-45-6789)
• Your Password will be your birthdate in format 2-digit month, 2-digit day, 4-digit year, with no dashes (for example, 01031968 for January 3, 1968)

Once you have entered this information on your initial login, you will be asked to change your username and password.

If you have logged in before but have forgotten your password:

Please click the Forgot Password? link under the login box and follow the instructions to request a password reset.

If you are a benefits administrator for your company:

Your initial login information may be different from that given above. Please contact your ProBenefits administrator to get help with your account.

Once you have logged in:

If you want to switch from looking at your personal account information in the Portal and view public ProBenefits information such as a list of reimbursable expenses or how to file a claim, you can click the ProBenefits.com tab in the upper left corner of the page. Then you can click back on the Benefits Portal tab to switch back to your personal account information.
