You are invited to participate in our next client webinar on Tuesday, May 16 at 11:00 am. This is a mini webinar session (15 minutes total) and will feature a discussion on the basics of how Medicare impacts employee benefit programs. Specifically, we will address how Medicare eligibility/enrollment impacts Section 125 qualifying events and COBRA. We will also address the basics of Medicare Secondary Payer rules applicable to group health plans.

The webinar will be led by Chris Macali, JD, Director of Compliance. The session is designed for employers of all sizes as well as plan advisors.
