ProBenefits Compliance Services
At ProBenefits, one of our distinctives is expertise on a wide range of compliance issues affecting health and welfare plans. Based on our experience of assisting employers for several years with Form 5500s, ERISA, and other compliance issues, we have recently expanded our services to meet current demands of employers and plan advisors. Our services are designed to meet employer needs regarding reporting, research, testing, and other responsibilities. Consistent with the ProBenefits model, we seek to be cost effective and efficient in our client support, delivery, and accessibility.
ProBenefits Compliance Services are coordinated by in-house benefits attorney Jason Cogdill. In addition to Jason, ProBenefits personnel assisting clients have substantial compliance experience, including ERISA, COBRA, PPACA, IRS regulations, HIPAA, and other federal law.
What distinguishes our Compliance Services? Four key advantages: (1) coordinated by qualified benefits attorney; (2) accessibility, including a Benefits HelpLine service for compliance questions and support (direct phone or email access); (3) available to employers of any size and regardless of whether employer has other business with ProBenefits; and (4) employers are charged only for what they need and use and are not charged annual fees for services not needed.
