Jason Cogdill, Benefits and ERISA Attorney

In addition to his work for ProBenefits and its clients, Jason Cogdill maintains an active independent practice and works with employers in the area of ERISA compliance. Jason's practice primarily includes ERISA document work and benefits advising in order to be a helpful resource for employers and plan advisors.

Among the available services: (1) drafting "Wraparound" SPDs for individual benefits as well as consolidated ("mega") welfare plans; (2) drafting plan legal documents for premium-only Section 125 plans, Section 125 FSA plans, Section 105 plans, and other fringe benefit plans; (3) assisting employers with compliance issues related to ERISA, COBRA, HIPAA, and other federal regulations, including drafting of notices and documents to achieve compliance; and (4) assisting employers with design of welfare and fringe benefit programs.
