Flex Debit Card Eligible Merchant Category Codes (MCC)

The Flex Debit Card is a limited merchant category card. It is designed to work only at merchants that provide flex-eligible items or services. In addition to the list below, the debit card will work at any merchant with an Inventory Information Approval System, or IIAS, in place. For example, Wal-Mart has a Discount Store MCC of 5310, which is not listed below, but they have an IIAS in place so the card will be accepted there for eligible items. See a list of IIAS merchants here.
